Listening Ritual

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. I accept all major payment methods in India, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other options supported by Razorpay. Indian customers can complete their purchase using any standard domestic payment method without any issue. I also accept international payments through Razorpay. My website supports all major international debit and credit cards, and customers can pay in multiple currencies at checkout. While prices may be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) & US Dollars (USD), the final amount is charged in Indian Rupees (INR), and your bank will convert the amount to your local currency based on the applicable exchange rate. International customers who prefer alternative platforms can also purchase through my Global Store. My Global Store allows you to complete your purchase on platforms such as Etsy, where you can use the payment methods available in your country. Etsy supports multiple local and international payment options, which may provide more flexibility depending on your location. I also accept direct international payments through Wise & Payoneer. If you prefer to pay directly, I can send an invoice to your email for secure payment.

I will complete your order within 7 to 10 days. Once the order is finished, I will deliver it to you by email as an MP3 or MP4 file, depending on what you prefer. If you want a different delivery method, we can discuss that too before starting your order.

I don’t accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once the order is finalized. That said, I take full responsibility for the writing & recording I do for you. I write & record everything thoughtfully, based on what I observe, what I experience, and what we have discussed together. I will share my work with you properly. If you are not satisfied or want changes, I am open to correcting and reworking it. Your satisfaction matters to me, and I am willing to keep working on it until you feel right about it.
