1. Use of Products
All products are for personal use only. They are not to be copied, resold, or used for commercial purposes without my permission. The artwork, recordings, and writings are meant for personal experience and not for redistribution.
2. Handmade & Made to Order
All physical products, including artwork and handwritten notes, are prepared individually after you place an order. Variations in handwriting, texture, or print detail are natural and part of the process. Each item is created with attention, not mass produced.
3. Orders & Availability
Digital products are always available for instant download. Physical products are made to order and depend on printing and preparation time. If any delay occurs, you will be informed directly through email or WhatsApp.
4. Payment
The website accepts all major payment methods through Razorpay, including debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other supported options. I also accept international payments through Payoneer, Wise & Razorpay. All prices on my website are mentioned in INR & USD.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email after purchase. Physical products are shipped within the mentioned time frame using the chosen delivery service. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Digital products cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded. Physical products are made to order, so returns and cancellations are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with photos, and I will assist you right away.
7. Communication
