Reading Ritual eGuides and Listening Ritual audio guides are made for personal use. Silence Ritual artwork and Handwritten Ritual notes are created for your home and your own daily life. These products are meant to support your thinking and your space in a simple way.
2. Handmade & Made to Order
All physical products, including artwork and handwritten notes, are prepared individually after you place an order. Variations in handwriting, texture, or print detail are natural and part of the process. Each item is created with attention, not mass produced.
3. Orders & Availability
Digital products are always available for instant download. Physical products are made to order and depend on printing and preparation time. If any delay occurs, you will be informed directly through email or WhatsApp.
4. Payment
The website accepts all major payment methods through Razorpay, including debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other supported options. All prices are listed in INR.
5. Delivery
Digital products (eGuides and audio guides) are delivered instantly after payment. You will also receive an email link for access. Physical products (artwork and handwritten notes) take 7 to 14 days to reach any location within India. Worldwide delivery is available. For international orders, please contact us by email or WhatsApp to arrange shipping.
6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Digital products cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded. Physical products are made to order, so returns and cancellations are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos, and we will assist you right away.

8. Content Ownership
