How To Order

You can place your order directly through my website. My website accepts all the major International debit / credit cards, and you can buy in your local currency, prices will be automatically converted during checkout. I accept all major payment methods in India through Razorpay, including debit cards, credit cards, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM UPI, net banking, and wallets. I also accept international payments through Payoneer, Wise & Razorpay, and I accept major currencies including USD, CAD, EUR & GBP. I also accept payment in Ethereum. All details regarding delivery, shipping time, and digital access are mentioned on the website in the product section. If you have any questions before or after placing your order, you can email me or contact me on WhatsApp. I am here to help with anything you need. Each order is handled personally, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering a meaningful experience.

Price & Payment

All the prices on my website are mentioned in Indian Rupees (INR) & American Dollars (USD) for easy reference for Indian and international customers. During checkout, the website automatically converts the amount to your local currency for convenience. I accept all major payment methods in India through Razorpay, and I also accept international payments through Razorpay. My website supports all major international debit and credit cards, and customers can pay in multiple currencies at checkout. The final amount is charged in Indian Rupees (INR), and your bank will convert it to your local currency based on the applicable exchange rate. I also accept payment by bank transfers in my company bank accounts in USA, Canada, EU, UK, UAE & Japan. Other payment methods I accept are Payoneer, Wise & Ethereum. Contact me for more details if you face any issue in making payment or with your order. If you prefer to pay directly, I can send an invoice to your email for secure payment. Delivery

For digital products, you will receive instant access after completing your payment. You can download the products immediately on your mobile or laptop. You will also receive a download link by email for future access. For physical products, once I receive your order, I prepare it and complete the process within seven days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes between seven to fourteen days for both domestic and international orders. Tracking details will be shared once the product is dispatched. For international orders, the canvas will be carefully rolled and shipped in a strong & secure tube. Due to restrictions on wooden frames in many countries, I ship the artwork rolled carefully in a tube, so you can get it framed locally. Most of my customers do this without any issue. For orders within India, the canvas will be delivered fully stretched and framed with a high-quality wooden frame.

Refund, Return & Cancellation

Due to the nature of the products and because everything is handled personally, I do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order is processed. However, I am always available to help and guide you if you have any questions or concerns. Before dispatching physical products, I share photos and videos so you can review everything and request adjustments if needed. All orders are securely packed before shipping. For digital products, if you face any issues with access or downloads, I will resolve them immediately. For other products and services, I am open to refining or adjusting the work until you are satisfied.

International Orders

I accept international orders through my website only. International payments are accepted through Razorpay, Payoneer, Wise & Ethereum, and my website accepts all the major currencies.

Warranty

I offer a 12-month warranty on all canvas prints & fine art paper prints bought directly from my website. If you face any issue, I will replace it without any questions. I am very confident in the quality. Both are printed on premium materials and made to last for decades. Still, the 12-month replacement warranty is there for your complete peace of mind. Please remember that this warranty is only applied if you buy the product directly from my website.

Testimonials & Reviews

I don’t display any testimonials or reviews on my website. I have been watching the online market for the last 10 years and I don’t believe in them anymore. It is very hard to make every customer happy & satisfied. Most of my buyers are introvert and private people, so I never ask them for reviews. I prefer to stay open and transparent about my artworks and everything I sell. If you want to buy something or discuss anything, I am always ready to talk directly.
