All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. I accept all major payment methods in India, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other options supported by Razorpay. Indian customers can complete their purchase using any standard domestic payment method without any issue. I also accept international payments through Razorpay. My website supports all major international debit and credit cards, and customers can pay in multiple currencies at checkout. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The final amount is charged in Indian Rupees (INR), and your bank will convert it to your local currency based on the applicable exchange rate. I also accept payment by bank transfers in my company bank accounts in USA, Canada, EU, UK, UAE & Japan. Other payment methods I accept are Payoneer, Wise & Ethereum. Framed artworks are shipped in thermocol boxes, secured with multiple layers of bubble wraps. We ensure paintings are packed with utmost care to avoid any damage during transit and delivered to you in perfect condition. Paintings shipped internationally are rolled and shipped in a tube. The painting is not stretched and is not ready to hang. It is meant to be framed by the customer at their local frame shop. If paintings are damaged during transit, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the package. I will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

Once I receive your order and the payment is completed, it will take up to 7 days to prepare your physical order (print on canvas & fine art paper). I will keep you informed about your order from start to finish. After your order is ready, it will be shipped through DHL, FedEx, or UPS within India & internationally. The delivery is insured, and the tracking number and all necessary details will be shared with you. After dispatch, it will take around 5-7 days for you to receive your order. For international orders, any import duties or customs charges, if applicable, will be payable by the customer.

Ideally paintings don't require much care as its a vertical surface, hence dust doesn't settle quite easily. You can gently dry dust the painting once in a month. You can also gently use a slightly damp cloth and dab it gently over the surface to capture the dust particles. You can do this once in 6 months. Please do not use soap water, detergent, disinfectants or any chemicals over the painting as it might dissolve the colors. Paper and cloth paintings are usually framed with a glass on top, hence the artwork will remain intact. You would just need to clean the glass. Always keep artworks away from direct sunlight and also from walls having water leakage problem, as both can damage it.

Due to the nature of this product, I do not accept refunds, returns, or cancellations once the order is confirmed. I take full responsibility for every step of your order, from preparation to delivery, so you do not have to worry about quality or handling. The physical artwork is packed securely and shipped with insured delivery. 

I offer a 12-month warranty on all canvas prints & fine art paper prints. If you face any issue, I will replace it without any questions. I am very confident in the quality. Both are printed on premium materials and made to last for decades. Still, the 12-month replacement warranty is there for your complete peace of mind.
