Art For Therapy

ART FOR THERAPY comes from my own life and is very personal to me. Most of the artworks in Art For Therapy I call EMOTIONAL RITUAL ART. I created them during the tough period of my life. When I was going through a lot mentally and emotionally with relationships, family, and work, I created these artworks the way the colors and images came into my mind. While creating them, I felt those colors and shapes deeply. Most of these artworks were made between 2023 and 2025. These artworks helped me get through the stress and hard times. Every artwork has a meaning for me, and I believe you can find your own meaning in them too. This is my personal therapy, now available as Art For Therapy for others.
