This artwork shows the anger that is always present inside me, and I keep asking myself why I am always angry. The orange background shows the anger inside me that is not going anywhere. The black shape shows that I want to blast on somebody and take out my anger on someone, but I am still holding it inside. I keep myself away from people and situations so that I will not burst with anger. The white shape inside the black shows that I am aware something is wrong with me and my surroundings, I am aware that I have to take care of myself and get out of this constant presence of anger inside me, and this awareness is increasing every single day. The meaning of this artwork is that the anger inside you can either benefit you or destroy you, it totally depends on you. You must stay self-aware of why the anger is there because anger can come from people, situations, or circumstances. It is not always your fault. But the awareness of this constant anger is very important to find solutions to get rid of it.
This artwork is based on my personal experience. At one point in my life, I was so angry & negative with everything, I used to be amazed at what was happening to me. Slowly I started finding solutions to my anger. I realized that my anger was not coming from me, it was coming from people in my family and surroundings. Once I changed those people and surroundings or got away from them, my anger slowly went away. Now when I get angry, I quickly find the solution. I try to handle it as soon as possible rather than waiting. I confront the situation or person who is making me angry as soon as possible, rather than waiting and getting more angry. This also helps me manage my anger.
