All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. I accept all major payment methods in India, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other options supported by Razorpay. Indian customers can complete their purchase using any standard domestic payment method without any issue. I also accept international payments through Razorpay. My website supports all major international debit and credit cards, and customers can pay in multiple currencies at checkout. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The final amount is charged in Indian Rupees (INR), and your bank will convert it to your local currency based on the applicable exchange rate. I also accept payment by bank transfers in my company bank accounts in USA, Canada, EU, UK, UAE & Japan. Other payment methods I accept are Payoneer, Wise & Ethereum. All paper artworks are securely packed in a plastic envelope and shipped safely to your destination. I ensure every package is fully protected so it arrives in perfect condition.Framed artworks are shipped in thermocol boxes, secured with multiple layers of bubble wraps. We ensure paintings are packed with utmost care to avoid any damage during transit and delivered to you in perfect condition. Paintings shipped internationally are rolled and shipped in a tube. The painting is not stretched and is not ready to hang. It is meant to be framed by the customer at their local frame shop. If paintings are damaged during transit, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the package. I will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

Once I receive your order and the payment is completed, it will take up to 7 days to prepare your order. Delivery is free within India. I will keep you informed about your order from start to finish. After your order is ready, it will be shipped through DHL, FedEx, EMS, or DTDC within India & internationally. The delivery is insured, and the tracking number and all necessary details will be shared with you. After dispatch, it will take around 5-7 days for you to receive your order. For international orders, any import duties or customs charges, if applicable, will be payable by the customer.

Please note that altogether you will get the delivery within 10-14 working days once the order is made. I take care of each delivery by myself, so I take utmost care and don't want to rush with each order.

Frame the artwork or keep it inside the plastic sheet to keep it clean. Hang it away from bright sunlight and damp walls so the colors stay perfect. Handle the edges gently with dry hands when opening the package.

Due to the nature of this product, I do not accept refunds, returns, or cancellations once the order is confirmed. I take full responsibility for every step of your order, from preparation to delivery, so you do not have to worry about quality or handling. The canvas artwork is packed securely and shipped with insured delivery.

I offer a 12-month warranty on all artworks. If you face any issues, I will replace them without any questions. I am very confident in the quality. They are printed on premium materials and made to last for decades. Still, the 12-month replacement warranty is there for your complete peace of mind.
