I Am Tough Outside But Soft Inside artwork shows a person who has to live with two personalities, tough & soft, to survive in the new world, both in personal and professional life. The light background is the world the person walks into every day, open & exposed. The two blurry black shapes are the two personalities living inside the same person. One personality is built to fight, to protect, to get things done. The other personality is sensitive and wants safety, care & peace. Our new world does not let a person live with only one side. Both personalities are needed to get things done in life, and a person learns when to bring each one forward through experience with people and situations. This is not about comfort, this is about survival. This artwork is about facing the world and getting things done without losing yourself in the noise of personal and professional life.

ORDER & PAYMENT
You can place your order by sending me an email or a message on WhatsApp. We will finalize the details, and once your order is confirmed, you can proceed with the payment. I accept payment from Indian customers through Razorpay & bank transfer to my company account. International customers can pay through Payoneer & Wise. I accept major currencies including INR, USD, CAD, EUR & GBP. My payment gateway does not allow transactions above US$500, so I only accept payments through the methods mentioned above.
DELIVERY
Once I receive your order and the payment is completed, it will take up to 10 days to prepare your order. I will keep you informed about your order from start to finish. After your order is ready, it will be shipped through DHL, FedEx, or UPS within India and internationally. The delivery is free and insured, and the tracking number and all necessary details will be shared with you. After dispatch, it will take around 7 days for you to receive your order. For international orders, any import duties or customs charges, if applicable, will be payable by the customer.

Due to the nature of this product, I do not accept refunds, returns, or cancellations once the order is confirmed. I take full responsibility for every step of your order, from preparation to delivery, so you do not have to worry about quality or handling. The artwork is packed securely and shipped with insured delivery. Before dispatch, I will share clear photos and videos of your artwork, so you know exactly what you are receiving. If you want any small changes, you can tell me before it is shipped, and I will make them for you.
