The light background shows life and the possibilities in front of me that are still there to live and explore. The greenish blurry parallel shapes show the trauma from my past that keeps holding me back from living the way I want and show the painful & traumatic experiences that stayed inside me for a long time. Inside those greenish shapes, the white blurry shapes that are expanding show my slow healing process. I can feel that healing is happening inside me even though the trauma is still there. As this healing grows, the trauma loses its control over my life. This artwork means accepting that the healing process is slow and takes time, but once you accept the process and stay with it, healing will surely happen and life will come back to normal again.
