After you place your order, the printing and wrapping begin and finish within seven days. The piece is then packed with care and shipped, reaching you within fourteen days after your order. Because each artwork is created after your order, refunds are not possible except in the rare case of damage during delivery. PAYMENT
We accept all major payment methods in India through Razorpay. You can pay using any debit card, credit card, UPI, Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, BHIM UPI, net banking, or wallet supported on Razorpay. Once your payment is received, we will prepare your order and dispatch it within 7 days.
DELIVERY
Delivery is free across India. Each order is prepared carefully after it is received, taking up to seven days to print, frame, and pack your artwork with proper attention and care. Once ready, the package is dispatched through secure delivery services such as India Post (Registered/Speed Post) or DTDC. You will receive a tracking number and all shipment details once the order is sent. Delivery generally takes another seven days from the dispatch date, depending on your location. REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION
Each artwork is printed individually and made especially for you. Because of this process, returns, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted once the order is placed. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or has any issue, we will gladly help and arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
